Abstract

【課題】引張強度が550MPa以上でかつ破断伸びが7%以上の高強度高加工性缶用鋼板を提供する。 【解決手段】質量%で、C:0.001%以上0.080%以下、Si:0.003%以上0.100%以下、Mn:0.10%以上0.80%以下、P:0.001%以上0.100%以下、S:0.001%以上0.020%以下、Al:0.005%以上0.100%以下、N:0.0150%超え0.0200%以下、B:0.0002%以上0.0050%以下を含有し、残部はFeおよび不可避的不純物からなり、 さらに、AlNとして存在するNの含有量が0.0060%以下であり、 圧延方向断面において、平均結晶粒径が5.00μm以上、結晶粒の展伸度が3.00以下である高強度高加工性缶用鋼板。 【選択図】なし
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength high-workability steel sheet for a can having tensile strength of 550 MPa or more and elongation at break of 7% or more.SOLUTION: The high-strength high-workability steel sheet for a can includes, in mass%, 0.001-0.080% of C, 0.003-0.100% of Si, 0.10-0.80% of Mn, 0.001-0.100% of P, 0.001-0.020% of S, 0.005-0.100% of Al, more than 0.0150% and 0.0200% or less of N, and 0.0002-0.0050% of B, with the balance comprising Fe and unavoidable impurities, and further has a content of N which exists as AlN of 0.0060% or less, and an average crystal grain size of 5.00 μm or more and an elongation rate of a crystal grain of 3.00 or less in a cross-sectional surface in the rolling direction.
