Abstract

【課題】放射性物質を含む汚泥等を収容し長期間に亘ってそれ自体に損傷を生じさせることなく、生活圏から隔離し、放射線を遮蔽すること。 【解決手段】不定形炭素等を除去したCNTを配合した放射線遮蔽用モルタルで作成した放射線遮蔽用容器である。その肉厚内に鉛板を配してある。水100mLに塩化アンモニウム6.19g及びペンタエリトリトール1.76gを溶解させた第1の溶液と、水50mLにジシアンジアミド1.75gを溶解させた第2の溶液とを混合して第3の溶液を作成し、この第3の溶液に、プロピレングリコール0.02g、CNT5g及び水850mLを加えて撹拌した後に濾過し、不定形炭素成分を除去したCNT分散液を得る。セメント15kgと砂45kgを混合した空練りモルタル60kgに、透明なCNT分散液1000mLを加えて混練し、放射線遮蔽用モルタルを作成し、これで成形した。 【選択図】 図2
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shield radiation by storing sludge or the like containing radioactive substances and separating the sludge or the like from living area over a long period without damaging the sludge or the like.SOLUTION: A radiation shielding vessel is produced by radiation shielding mortar in which CNT obtained by removing protean carbons, etc. are removed is blended. A lead plate is arranged in the thick inside of the vessel. A third solution is prepared by mixing a first solution obtained by dissolving 6.19 g of ammonium chloride and 1.76 g of pentaerythritol into 100 mL of water and a second solution obtained by dissolving 1.75 g of dicyandiamide into 50 mL of water. After adding 0.02 g of propylene glycol, 5 g of CNT and 850 mL of water to the third solution and agitating the mixture, the mixture is filtered to obtain a CNT-dispersed solution from which protean carbon components are removed. After adding 1000 mL of the transparent CNT-dispersed solution is added to 60 kg of dry-mixing mortar obtained by mixing 15 kg of cement and 45 kg of sand, the mortar mixture is mixed to prepare the radiation shielding mortar and the radiation shielding mortar is molded.
